- Kodo millet
- Hing
- Rai
- Jeera
- Udad daal
- Chana daal
- Turmeric
- Jaggery powder
- Dried coconut flakes
Instructions
Preparation Method:
- Same preparation of pulao, instead of rice take few hours soaked kodo millet.
- Prepare tadka, add hing, rai, jeera, udad daal, chana daal, turmeric.
- Add kodo millet, sprinkle lemon juice, add little jaggery powder.
- Cook for 10 min on slow flame.
- You can add dried coconut flakes after it’s ready.
