Instructions
- Make pita bread with jowar aata, prepare jowar roti / bhakri.
- Puff it on tawa.
- Puffed jowar roti will have pocket.
- You can make two portions of jowar roti, add chana dal / quinoa tikki in it, eat with freshly made turmeric hummus or plain hummus.
