Ingredients

  • Pearl millet / Bajra
  • Turmeric
  • Salt
  • Dried red chili
  • Masala
  • Jaggery powder

Instructions

Preparation Method:
  1. Take pearl millet (Bajra), clean and soak early morning.
  2. After a few hours of soaking, boil in a cooker. Take it down after 3 whistles, cool it.
  3. Add turmeric, salt and give tadka with dried red chili and masalas. You can make it spicy or sweet with jaggery powder, whatever you like.
  4. Serve hot, very tasty, yummy Bajra ki Ghughri.
  5. Similarly, you can make bajra ka khichdi, you can eat with plant-based curd or ghee.
