Ingredients
- Pearl millet / Bajra
- Turmeric
- Salt
- Dried red chili
- Masala
- Jaggery powder
Instructions
Preparation Method:
- Take pearl millet (Bajra), clean and soak early morning.
- After a few hours of soaking, boil in a cooker. Take it down after 3 whistles, cool it.
- Add turmeric, salt and give tadka with dried red chili and masalas. You can make it spicy or sweet with jaggery powder, whatever you like.
- Serve hot, very tasty, yummy Bajra ki Ghughri.
- Similarly, you can make bajra ka khichdi, you can eat with plant-based curd or ghee.
