Barnyard Millet Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- Cooked/Leftover Barnyard Millet Rice – 1 cup
- Almonds Broken – 1 cup
- Jaggery – 4 tbsp
- Raw Cacao Powder – 1 tbsp
- Coconut/Almond Milk – 3⁄4 cup
Instructions
Preparation Method:
- In a blender, grind the millets until soft.
- Add the almonds and grind further till creamy.
- Add the almond/coconut milk 1⁄4 cup at a time if needed. Otherwise, this step can be skipped.
- Add jaggery, cacao powder, and grind well till creamy.
- Fill in a glass, garnish with chocolate shavings, and set for chilling.
