Barnyard Millet Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • Cooked/Leftover Barnyard Millet Rice – 1 cup
  • Almonds Broken – 1 cup
  • Jaggery – 4 tbsp
  • Raw Cacao Powder – 1 tbsp
  • Coconut/Almond Milk – 3⁄4 cup

Instructions

Preparation Method:
  1. In a blender, grind the millets until soft.
  2. Add the almonds and grind further till creamy.
  3. Add the almond/coconut milk 1⁄4 cup at a time if needed. Otherwise, this step can be skipped.
  4. Add jaggery, cacao powder, and grind well till creamy.
  5. Fill in a glass, garnish with chocolate shavings, and set for chilling.
