Ragilicious Laddoos
Ingredients
- Ragi flour: 1 cup
- Roasted ground peanuts: 1⁄4 cup
- Coconut powder: 1⁄4 cup
- Jaggery powder: 1⁄2 cup
- Water: 1 1⁄2 cups
Instructions
Preparation Method:
- Boil water in a pan and add the jaggery powder. Let it boil till it reaches a honey-like consistency. Avoid reaching the string consistency as it will make the laddoos harder.
- Dry roast the ragi flour till it gives it a nice fragrance.
- Mix the ragi flour, peanut powder, and coconut powder well.
- Add the jaggery liquid to the mix and mix well together.
- Shape into laddoos. This will keep for a week at room temperature.
