Ragilicious Laddoos

Ingredients

  • Ragi flour: 1 cup
  • Roasted ground peanuts: 1⁄4 cup
  • Coconut powder: 1⁄4 cup
  • Jaggery powder: 1⁄2 cup
  • Water: 1 1⁄2 cups

Instructions

Preparation Method:
  1. Boil water in a pan and add the jaggery powder. Let it boil till it reaches a honey-like consistency. Avoid reaching the string consistency as it will make the laddoos harder.
  2. Dry roast the ragi flour till it gives it a nice fragrance.
  3. Mix the ragi flour, peanut powder, and coconut powder well.
  4. Add the jaggery liquid to the mix and mix well together.
  5. Shape into laddoos. This will keep for a week at room temperature.
