Little Millet Kheer
Ingredients
- Little millet
- Jaggery powder
- Plant-based milk
- Saffron – 4-5 threads
- Dry fruits
Instructions
Preparation Method:
- Soak little millet for two hours.
- After removing water, roast it for a few minutes.
- Then add plant-based milk of your choice and jaggery powder.
- After 10 minutes of slow flame cooking, it’s ready.
- Try clay pots if possible.
