Sorghum Millet Idli

Ingredients

  • Sorghum idli rawa - 3 cups and black gram dal - 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Make batter with soaked (Soak millets in early morning 4 am / 5 am so that you can use for lunch or eve meal before sunset) black gram dal.
  2. Mix washed sorghum fine semolina to the batter, add salt to taste and allow it for fermentation.
  3. Pour the batter into greased stainless steel idli molds and steam for 15-20 min.
  4. Serve hot with chutney.
