Instructions

  1. Take sorghum jowar dehusk or get dehusked from the market.
  2. Soak early in the morning, at 4 am or 5 am.
  3. Later, temper with coconut oil, jeera, rai, dried red chilies, dried curry leaves.
  4. Add soaked millets, roasted peanuts chura, peanuts, lemon, and a little natural sugar like jaggery powder.
  5. Serve with plant-based curd or raita made from vegan dahi.
  6. Enjoy! Full of fibers, nutrition, guilt-free healthy meal/breakfast!
