Instructions
- Take sorghum jowar dehusk or get dehusked from the market.
- Soak early in the morning, at 4 am or 5 am.
- Later, temper with coconut oil, jeera, rai, dried red chilies, dried curry leaves.
- Add soaked millets, roasted peanuts chura, peanuts, lemon, and a little natural sugar like jaggery powder.
- Serve with plant-based curd or raita made from vegan dahi.
- Enjoy! Full of fibers, nutrition, guilt-free healthy meal/breakfast!
