Sorghum Millet Dosa

Ingredients

  • Sorghum grain - 3 cups
  • Black gram dal - 1 cup
  • Salt
  • Oil (for shallow fry)

Instructions

  1. Grind the soaked sorghum grain and black gram dal together into a fine batter.
  2. Add salt for taste and allow it for fermentation.
  3. Apply a teaspoon of oil on the pre-heated dosa making tawa and pour the batter on it, spread with scoop into a thin round shape.
  4. Fry until crisp dosa is obtained. Serve hot with chutney.
